MD, President & Founder
Dr. Denny DePetrillo is an internationally recognized pioneer and leader in Gynecologic Oncology, dedicating a 50-year career to advancing patient care as a clinician, medical leader, and entrepreneur. He established the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Toronto and served as the first Coordinator of Surgical Oncology for the Province of Ontario under Cancer Care Ontario. Dr. DePetrillo has trained over fifty international fellows and is a co-founder of several major organizations, including the International Gynecologic Cancer Society. He also co-founded Carepath, a virtual cancer navigation program that is still thriving in Ontario. He has spent over 40 years in the Caribbean assisting physicians and patients in improving their healthcare. He is the recipient of the Presidential Award of the Caribbean Gynecologic Cancer Society. Dr. DePetrillo currently leverages his depth of experience and expertise as President of Carepath Caribbean, creating this essential navigation program for the region.

Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Don Thomson has over 30 years of deep experience in healthcare consulting and complex patient-care navigation. He has dedicated his career to ensuring individuals facing serious medical conditions receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right place, globally. As the founder of SOS Resource Group, he built a strong reputation for delivering tailored strategic-partnership solutions and robust global referral networks spanning physicians, hospitals, and insurers. In his role as Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Don is currently aligning strategic partnerships across the Caribbean region. He leverages his global network and operational acumen to bring best-in-class medical solutions and outcome-driven access to patients within the region.

Director of Programs
Flavia St Clair serves as the Director of Programs, overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of high-impact initiatives that support patients, providers, and partner organizations. She brings a well-rounded blend of operational expertise and relationship-centered leadership, having previously excelled in association management, conference planning, and medical administration. Flavia is known for her collaborative approach, which ensures the creation of streamlined processes and meaningful experiences for stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. She is dedicated to advancing the agency’s mission by ensuring that every program reflects the highest standards of care, professionalism, and compassion.

Director of Nursing
Dina Linardos is a certified Oncology Nurse (CON(c)) and a graduate of the Nursing Program at McGill University. Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate and expert care to cancer patients, previously serving as a staff nurse, Oncology Nurse clinician, and nurse manager at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Ms. Linardos also dedicated time to mentoring novice cancer care nurses and supervising clinical internships for nursing students. As the Director of Nursing, she manages various cancer programs and focuses on the development of new programs and nurse-led initiatives for Carepath Caribbean. She is committed to supporting patients through their entire journey, from prevention and early diagnosis through treatment and guidance for survivorship.

Medical Director
Dr. Peter Anglin is the Medical Director for Carepath Caribbean, specializing in Internal Medicine, Clinical Hematology, and Medical Oncology with a clinical focus on haematologic and lymphoid malignancies. He obtained his medical degree from Queens University and completed clinical fellowships in his specialty areas, later earning an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. This unique background allows Dr. Anglin to focus on health systems delivery, process redesign in ambulatory settings, and optimizing drug access for oncology patients. He currently serves as the Physician Lead for Systemic Therapy in the Central Ontario Health Region and provides strategic consultative services to the Pharma Industry.
Advisor, Health Care Teams
Dani DePetrillo is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of operational and managerial experience in the private health care field. She is presently the Chief Operating Officer of Right at Home Canada, one of the largest global providers of in-home supportive care services. Ms. DePetrillo also owned and operated a series of interdisciplinary health and rehabilitation centres as a Regional Joint Venture Partner. She brings a strong background in new clinic start-up, clinical program development, and human resources management, having also served as Director of Operations for the original CAREpath program in Canada. Dani focuses on delivering exceptional, client-centered care and ensuring streamlined operational excellence for Carepath Caribbean.
Advisor
Marcus Bernardini earned his medical degree at the University of Western Ontario in 1999 and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Toronto in 2005. He then pursued a fellowship in gynecologic oncology through the University of Toronto and Duke University. He became division head of the largest gynecologic oncology division in Canada in 2016 at the University Health Network/Sinai Health System and is an associate professor at the University of Toronto.
Over his twenty-year career he has always strived to improve care delivery through initiatives including the recently developed Ovarian Tumor Program at the University Health Network. He has been a member of numerous committees at local and national levels, has received teaching awards, and collaborated on international trials. Marcus has been extensively involved in research, received grant funding, and authored over 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts.
Marcus expanded his interests beyond his core field and recently completed a Global Executive Master of Business Administration in HealthCare and Life Sciences through the Rotman School of Business in 2025. This fostered his interest in patient navigation and founding Navcro Health. The goal of Navcro Health is to improve the lives of patients living with chronic conditions, reducing long term sequelae of their disease and improving quality of life.
